You did superb, as usual. I ordered flowers online for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day. I provided her home address. Subsequently, we learned that she had been hospitalized and then moved to a rehabilitation center. I called Verdugo Florists and spoke with Juan. He took the new address and told me he would make sure the delivery address was changed and she would get her flowers as scheduled. Today, my mother in law called to let us know she received her flowers and they were beautiful. I can’t thank your shop enough and a special thanks to Juan for his assistance.
